SARAH HARRISON

Sarah has worked within sales since the mid 1990s, starting with regional responsibility and quickly moving to a national and international remit whilst leading her own team. Currently her selling activities centre around professional services (training, HR, search, law) where she spearheads sales campaigns on a project basis for a diverse portfolio of clients. Sarah’s skill lies in opening doors at the most senior level on behalf of her clients, accessing those hard to reach strategic leaders.

In addition to her sales roles she uses her experience to guide and coach others to achieve their goals and targets, having developed a business development model specifically for the franchise industry which draws on sales management process and techniques. A particular area of success has been in the close support of new franchisees who are highly technically competent but who have relatively little sales experience. This process enables their fledgling businesses to grow through those first critical months, setting the foundations for pipeline management, PR activity and on-going marketing.
