Paula specialises in Sales and Customer Service training and has delivered an extensive range of programmes across a wide range of sectors including medical, FMCG, financial services, construction, technology, automotive and engineering. She has developed and delivered a range of training programmes including Introduction to Consultative Selling, Sales Development, Advanced Selling, Induction, Telesales, Customer Experience, Leadership, Culture Change, Assertiveness, Time Management and Key Account Management. Paula has experience in managing the successful implementation of programmes in large organisations, such as BA, where she started her training career. Paula has also successfully trained and mentored graduates in their first selling roles and then worked with their managers to help them continue to offer coaching and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
