Training reviews prove results

After running our manager courses earlier this year we have now just spent reviewing them all and found some real positive results

Dedicating time to reviews is never easy for any organisation but we ask our clients to work with us on this because we know how improtant it is to your initial investment. We dont just review what the managers have been doing our job is to add more value to that session by providing further advise and coaching on how to steer their teams or how to handle any difficult situations. The last two months have been great and we have seen some great results from round pegs being put into round hole to managers imp[lementing new measurement tools with KPI's that are more aligned to the team roles.
