New Induction plans

Delighted to work with partners in implementing a new induction plan. This is just the starting point to helping our partners to retain sales recruits.

Recruitment and retention are kep to the success of any organisation. In sales though, because of the nature of the function, sales managers want their new recruits out in the field as soon as possible. Though they also want them to be ready to go with all the product knowledge and tools they need to win back any lost market share. We have been able to come up with a great way of letting the managers have their cake and eat it. This is just the beginning of our program and we intent to expand it to ensure that new recruits can join and stay in the confidence that they not only have a great career ahead of them but they have everythign they need to get them off to a great start.
