Training in Holland

We just spent another 2 days in Holland delivering a planning course to sales representatives. The course was received well and the feedback has so far been positive.

Planning is key to the success of any sales person. Especially when they are responsible for a territory. We have just spend the last two days working with such sales representatives, helping them to make good use of their data base and more importantly how to manage the accounts using a more strategic approach. Strategy is about working effectively to the given variables. We will review the long term success of this evet later in the year.
